After tasting a glass of 1989 Vega Sicilia Unico in 2004, Constanza Cabello fell into a passionate, full-fledged relationship with the world of wine.
Now, after 20 years working within the hospitality industry in established restaurants, including Tosca at The Ritz Carlton and several dynamic restaurants across Hong Kong, she is building the foundations for the next chapter of her wine adventure as The Itinerant Sommelier.
